The second most important and crucial stage in the making of a wine is about to commence: It´s harvesting time.

Inspection of our Cabernet Sauvignon in Los Morros, Buin, indicates that it is already at its point just as we want it: maturity, sugar, intense color, fruitiness, delicate tannins.

Manual harvesting, as our Besoaín wine requires and deserves, ensures the delicate treatment of our raw material. A first selection is made in the field and then the second on the table once each bunch has been gently shelled, all with the direct participation of our winemaker and owner.
